One of the best chicken preparations - Nutritious & Tasty
Ingredients:
1. Fresh Coriander
2. Green Chilly
3. Chicken
4. Onion
5. Garlic
6. Ginger
7. Curd
8. Turmeric & Chilli Powder
9. Garam Masala
10. Dry coriander seeds
11. Curry Leaves
Preparation:
1. Marinate the chicken with curd.
2. Grind Green Chilly & cleaned Coriander & Garlic & Ginger & Curry Leaves to make a paste.
3. Grind dry coriander seeds with few dry pepper.
4. Heat oil in pan, add cummin seeds.
5. Add chopped onions and fry till golden brown.
6. Add grinded coriander seeds powder.
7. Add grinded Coriander paster.
Health Benefits:
8. When oil starts to separate, add Turmeric powder and Chilli powder.
9. Add Marinated chicken and let it simmer for 10 mins.
10. Move the curry to pressure cooker and cook it.
